We typically don't use realtors, in the past we've done "for sale by owner" but Kim and her team were AMAZING! Kim literally never stops working. She was negotiating on my house from Costa Rica on her Anniversary! Who answers and talks about real-estate on New Years Eve (sorry for calling) she does!!... and won't hear of you saying "sorry for bothering you!!" She not only sold our house but got us the house we wanted for the price we wanted. If we even think about moving again, Kim will be the first person I call! Thank you again Kim!!
