Kim was simply amazing for what was a closing process from hell. We were dealing with a terrible bank and the seller's realtor was near impossible to work with and get information from. Kim essentially was doing the work of being my buyer's realtor and having to help out the seller's realtor because of their shortfalls and she did it amazingly well. In the end we forged through and I was able to get the house due in no small part to her hard work and dedication. You can do no wrong by hiring Kim as your realtor and she will get things done...that's for sure!!!!
