Kim was very communicative from start to finish. We were in negotiations for over two weeks and we needed up with everything we asked/needed. The smoothness in listing the property and the professionalism in handling all the vendors from the photographer to the handyman for minor cosmetic repairs was incredible. She’s honest, no BS and always available to answer any question. She is definitely our “Ace in the hole” type of Realtor.

Kim worked non stop to help us get in our first house! We purchased a house that was in short sale. It took over 6 months to finally close. During the 6 months of waiting she was constantly getting updates and keeping us up to date on what was going on and at what point in the short sale we were at. She is nothing short of professional and I would recommend anyone to her. This was our first house and with that being said we didn't know a whole lot about the process. Kim always explained everything thoroughly to us and made sure we were getting the best deal for our house. She made sure the houses we looked at had everything we were looking for and it was in the area we were wanting. Kim was more concerned with us getting what we were looking for then her just making a sale and with this being our first house it meant a lot to us.

Kim was a tremendous help to us in finding our home. My wife and I had some outlandish ideas on homes, and Kim found homes that were our style and let us look at them. Ultimately, we changed direction and when we did she helped us find something that was perfect. We couldn't have been happier. As a local native, Kim helped us identify neighborhoods, schools and other amenities. She was great to work with!
