Kim doesn't waste time which is probably my favorite attribute in a real estate agent. If you snooze you lose and Kim gets things done.

I seriously could not have found and closed on this home with the ease that I had without Kimberly Sexton. I was never left waiting to hear from her at anytime. If I couldn’t get a question answered, Kimberly could and would in a timely manner. She and my daughter found my house for me when I was out of state helping to care for my terminally ill father. I had actually stopped looking weeks before when this popped up and they told me about it. We made an offer and with Kimberly’s advise on a few things, we were accepted! I couldn’t be happier.

Kimberly really went above and beyond for my family! She took the time to understand our wants and needs (which were not an easy pairing) and really focused on helping us explore options which matched that description. Kimberly is so attentive and responsive that its easy to forget she has other clients! Would 10/10 recommend her to any of my friends and family!

Kimberly is the best! This was my first time buying a home, and she was really helpful in not only showing me some great homes that matched what I was looking for, but also in giving me advice on closing costs and the general processes that I was unfamiliar with. There were some issues with the house itself that didn't pop up until the day of closing, and Kimberly helped coordinate with several vendors and the seller to make sure everything was taken care of. It was really appreciated and kept me from stressing out over things outside of my control.
