This is our second time working with Kim- we absolutely adore her! She helped us buy our first home, and now helped us sell it three and a half years later. We relocated to a different state and were so nervous about finding another agent we wanted to work with to purchase a new home in our new state. Kim went above and beyond in helping us find a great new agent to help us buy a home where we were moving while she did a phenomenal job selling our house in Georgia (four days in we sold it with multiple offers!). With Kim, you’re never left wondering what’s going on. In short, she was outstanding. I've had a good realtor in a different state in the past so I was apprehensive about an agent without a specific referral. I could tell from the beginning she was skilled and her goal was to find the right house for me, not just the easiest for her to sell.

I have worked with Kim over the past 2 years. She has sold 3 of my properties and my daughter bought a house under her guidance. Kim is a fantastic agent and sold our property quickly. She gave us very valuable advice on how to market and sell our house. She was available at all times and worked around our busy schedule. She offered great advice on listing price and negotiated top dollar for our property. She was extremely detail oriented with the contract and every aspect of the transaction. Wow - I'm not even sure where to begin...."very impressive" does not do her justice. Kim puts her heart and soul into making sure you have a positive experience. This was our first home sale and it was amazing. Kim made me feel like I was part of her family and I could call anytime with my quirky questions. She sold our house in four days and stayed with us all the way through closing. If you want an agent that is responsive, helpful and looks out for you then Kim is the agent for you.
