We had Kim represent us on the sale of our home in Anaheim Hills. Having grown up in the area, she knows the area so well and was incredibly knowledgeable about pricing in the different enclaves. She listened to us about how we wanted the sale to proceed, was able to give us advice on the right pricing which would draw in interest, and when we did receive a number of offers she helped us go through all of them and find the best ones. We were under contract in a week and a half. She managed the escrow process to make sure it went smoothly until closing. Kim was professional and kept us informed the throughout the entire process.
