Kimberly went up and beyond on selling my home. I had an agent before that just stuck a sign in the yard and did nothing. Kimberly went into the home and told me what needed to happen in order to sell. She took control of contractors and found the best deal and did a makeover on my home, open houses, marketed, and did not stop until the home was under contract and sold. I will use Kimberly and her team again on homes that I plan on buying and selling in the near future. Kimberly even got out there and planted flowers and kept yard up to keep the curb appeal going. She is one in million! She is the best!!

Mine was not your run of the mill purchase. Unbeknownst to me (and Kimberly) my dream house was in foreclosure. It took five months to close on my home. Thankfully Kimberly had extensive experience in the foreclosure process or this purchase would have never happened.
