As Executor of my brother/sister-in-law’s extensive estate life quickly become way more complicated for me. It seemed every step along the way was tough. Given our great experience, we hired her again to sell a rental property. With her expertise, we had multiple offers and sold the house within 24 hours. She also arranged all of the needed maintenance and repairs before closing and kept us in the loop the entire way. She was always available, always had a knowledgeable answer to questions, and so nice to work with. Highly recommended and always will be our first choice.

Kim was EXTREMELY professional, courteous, and most importantly, accessible. I was a first time home buyer with little to no experience on real estate.
