About Kimberly

I started my real estate journey in 2014 as an assistant to a local home inspector. Shortly after, I joined The Carswell Team as a listing manager. It didn’t take long for me to decide I wanted to become a licensed agent and make this a career. I received my real estate license in 2016 and continued working with The Carswell Team. Today I assist with our team’s listings, as well as, work with our buyers and sellers throughout the closing process. I take great pleasure in helping families at such an important time. I personally understand that buying a selling a home can be time-consuming and an emotional experience. My goal is to provide a positive and seamless process to all of our clients. Being born and raised in Hickory I have been blessed to be a part of this community my entire life. I have a keen awareness of this city I love, a city rich in culture, history and great place to raise children and retire. I am married with two children, a step-daughter and a house full of Yorkies. I am a life time member of St Stephens Lutheran Church where I taught Sunday School for over ten years. When I’m not working, I enjoy hitting the gym, reading, vacationing at the beach and most importantly, hanging out with my family. I am extremely proud to be a part of The Carswell Team and look forward to assisting our future clients.
