from beginning to end the sale of my home was a very long journey. if it weren't for the dedication of my real estate agent Kim Rodriguez i would have given up. she did everything from guiding me through the process of satisfying all the state of delaware's regulations and demands to final settlement. she even went above and beyond in her help to locate the contractors who had to be hired to satisfy those regulations and demands. i couldn't have asked for a more dedicated agent. i recommend her highly as a real estate agent and if i ever need one again it will be her by my side. she is just wonderful. my praise can not go higher. i love her. :) ♥ :).
