Kim was excellent to work with. When she made an appointment, she was on time and ready to proceed, she answered our numerous questions with patience and understanding, several times. She was not afraid to give direct answers to direct questions, she gave ideas and 'hint's' on how to improve the look of our home, and she even assisted in replacing our smoke detectors, which was one less item to worry about. She was honest when we told her what we would like to sell for, we were right on the 'money' for asking price, and she was able to increase the amount slightly, which was good for both parties involved. She was able to arrange the sale of the house the day after we moved out of the house and state, which was a huge stress issue for my wife and me. She walked us through the e-signing process, which is not as easy as it seems, she explained the sale process to include all figures to us and how the utilities would transfer to the new owner and the land title. Kim exceeded our expectations on every level. She was able to get us more then our asking price and had our lovely home sold within a few weeks. Even the closing went incredibly smoothly especially considering we moved to another State. The closing was the day after we moved out and was all done electronically without a problem.
