This was our second time buying a home and boy was it a much smoother experience! Let me add that I’m not one to write a review , I read them, so this is saying ALOT! I do believe your realtor and lender can make or break your experience! Kim was FANTASTIC! I work nights and would always reach out on wacky hours of the day and night because of my work schedule and Kim and our Lender (provided by Kim) were so attentive and responsive no matter the time! From the day we decided to get married we planned to live in Nassau County, but it was not in the cards for us. After 29 years we finally were able to look for our final home here.
