This type of experience isn't easy at all. I thought that all was needed was to provide the info. Was it the patience that was needed? Yes and it couldve broke me, but she had the patience, persistence and knowledge where it needed to be. I was relieved knowing that she had what it took to get me what I needed in the end. Guys, Im glad she was there to check all the boxes. The decision isn't easy picking an agent, but Im so glad that I chose her in the end. Kim was absolutely amazing. I had a less than desirable experience with my previous realtor where I had to basically do all of the work myself, so when I met Kim I was trying to do the same, but she reassured me that she was here to help and she did!! She was so proactive and communicative, always picked up the phone, always had an answer or would go find one for me if she didn’t. She was on top of everything even more than me. Really put my anxious mind at ease through what is a very stressful process. Navigating NACA’s mortgage program was atrocious but I can only imagine how much worse it would have been if I hadn’t have had Kim on my side making sure everything was done correctly. Highly highly recommend!
