Kim's market knowledge was quite good and that is one of the reasons we went with her. We were disappointed in some of the painter and handy men she used. One was uninsured and it cost us about $1500. I don't feel Kimberly was as aggressive in showing the house. She only attended one of our open houses. I also felt Kimberly didn't do us any favors when negotiating our closing.
