Kim went above and beyond unlike what any agent would do. Her first consultation gave me an outline on how to prepare the home, such as decluttering, packing items and painting. She organized and staged my home beautifully. The home looked so nice, I almost wanted to stay! As the customer, I felt so confident in her knowledge and I knew she would sell my home fast! The pictures were amazing! We had multiple offers and the home sold in 2 days and closed very quickly!!! I would definitely recommend her as your agent! She is AMAZING!
