I had the pleasure of working with Kimberly and All American Realty on the sale of my parents home. She was so helpful. She researched the market for all the comps in our neighborhood and together we came up with a comparable starting price for the sale of the home. She also made suggestions of some minor updating in the home that would help with the sale at a very reasonable out of pocket expense.
