My wife and I met Realtor Kimberly McElroy about Sept of 2018. We had traveled to the Villages FL. from South Carolina because we were hoping to move there some day, and this was at least our fifth or sixth trip there. While out driving around looking at houses, we stopped at one without an appointment just to peek in the window to look around. It happened to be the house next door to where Kim lived, and withing 10 minutes she had made a phone call or two and we were were inside looking at the house. We traded contact info and although we had no definitive plans to move, every few weeks she'd pop in with a call or email just to stay in touch. In September of 2019 we made another trip, looking a little more seriously now, and Kim went in to high gear. She set up appointments for us to visit, spent 2 1/2 days with us, and got enough intel from us to know what we wanted, hunted down houses while we were away and finally we closed on our Villages house on Dec 27, 2019. Kim's assistance didn't stop there, as we traveled back out of the area she took on the task of compiling all the needed information for us including utilities, groundskeepers, inspection people, pool maintenance, and likely a few more I cant remember. All it took was a phone call or text and she was right on our request. The move to the Villages has been a dream for us for better than ten years, and most recently we have Kim to thank for her efforts above and beyond to help us make that a reality.

We had such a great experience with Kimmie. She was awesome in every way! We talked on the phone several times before we visited Florida so she knew exactly what we were looking for. She spent 2 days looking at all the properties that we wanted to see. We finally settled on our dream house choosing one of her picks based on what she knew about us and the real estate market. We always felt that we were in the drivers seat and were never pushed in any particular direction from her. I felt she worked very hard to get us the best deal even though she didn't make as much commission as she would have if we had chosen a higher priced home. She is a dedicated, trustworthy professional who is excellent at her job. She never complained even when we changed our mind after writing a first contract. Kimi was most professional and went above and beyond what we expected. We were out of state and never physically met, but she made the selling experience easy.
