Kim was everything that you would want for first time home buyers! She was available whenever a random though or question popped into our heads. She also helped us understand the pros and cons of houses and led us gently down the path to NOT buy a house that would have been a mistake. Ultimately, we found our dream home and could not have been happier with the entire experience! In addition, Kim provides a toolbox for all of your movie needs (with is essential for us newbies) I.e. Lender, Handyman, carpet cleaner etc.) Thank you to The McCarty group for making our friends envious of our smooth home buying experience... not to mention during a pandemic!
