I thought selling a house during these troubled times was going to be difficult, and I was really nervous I would not get close to what the house was worth if sold, but Kim made everything feel so easy. She was honest about the market, what home features were trending popular at the time, and what the overall process would entail. She was very communicative and on point in regards to the things that she could control (for example getting documents to me in a timely manner). She was always kind and courteous when we had to deal with any issues from the buyer or the inspector's side, and if she was frustrated when something was amiss on their end she did a great job of not showing it so that it would not interfere with the sale and so I wouldn't get stressed and nervous about everything again. I'm not sure if selling property is supposed to be this easy since this was my first time doing so, but because of my experience working with Kim, I can honestly say that if I am ever in the position to sell property again, I won't be going into it nearly as nervous as I was this time around. If I'm lucky I'll be able to have Kim as my realtor again in the future because I know I can trust her and that she will make the experience as seemless as possible.
