I closed on my home on October 31, 2022. I was in contract 3 weeks after my house was listed on the market. Kimberly Lyons is the best realtor I could have ever worked with. She was professional, punctual for her appointments and sensitive to my needs. She kept me informed and abreast of all information and updates during the entire process. I would gladly recommend Kimberly to anyone who is trying to sell or purchase a home. She's even agreed to house sit my plants until I find a new home for them, she's followed up with me on the status of canceling my utilities after closing, which she didn't even have to do. I could not have asked for a better realtor to handle the selling of my house. She's simply the best! Try her and see for yourself. FYI - I got the exact price I was hoping for.
