I contacted Kim late one night and the next morning we met to go over what I wanted in my first house. She was willing to go thru multiple houses with me to help me scratch off what was important and wasn’t with my budget. She was very dedicated and knowledgeable with the market inventory. We were seeing houses as soon as they were listed. She helped me find the house I now call home!
