I would highly recommend Ms. Leslie for all of your real estate needs!!! She had great knowledge of the market we were dealing with. She kept in constant contact with me during our whole time trying to sell this house. She had the listing out there for all to see!!! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cousin's house!!!

Kim Leslie came into our lives 7 years ago while we were blindly touring houses for sale. Winter of 2015 we fell in love with a place. Deal fell through and property went off the market through the holidays. Heartbroken but determined to enjoy the holidays with our young family regardless. Fast-forward to the second week in February and there was the house on the market again! We were so excited and so nervous because it was having a lot of activity. By that Friday we were under contract and moved in March 25th 2016. Well life happens while we're busy making plans. And our beautiful home became to small for us as our family and business's grew. So we decided to jump on the bandwagon of inflated home sales and sell our much loved and beautiful house in town. Kim knocked it out of the park. Got us $215 a square foot. More than any sale in our neighborhood. We were listed for 4 hours and the 1st people who came to see it bought it. Kim made the whole process seamless and painless. We will only ever us Kim if the opportunity presents itself again.

Kim was so accommodating, she would change her schedule so we could go see all the options. Not only was she knowledgeable on the different locations, but also about so many other things. Between inspecting, closing, paperwork details, setting up new bills etc, Kim knew it all. If she didn’t know it, she would call a professional in that area and get me an answer. Kim is so personable and treats every situation as if it were her own, and truly cares about the outcome. I would recommend Kim to anyone, no questions asked!

Kim is the best! She was thorough, professional and great to work with. She always let us know as soon as a new place came on the market and had a wonderful grasp of our ever changing needs. She was honest and fought to get us the best price possible. When we had any questions, we felt lucky to have Kim to walk us through the process.
