In our opinion, Kimberly Lease absolutely went above and beyond to help us sell our home. From her initial assessment of our home, direction in staging, to overall marketing plan, Kimberly was outstanding. The market was just starting a down turn, inventory had increased, but Kimberly reassured us that she had a very extensive marketing plan. She went into action and everything went smoothly. We were fortunate to get an offer quickly. Negotiations were a breeze. Kimberly walked us through everything. Even repairs were a easy with Kimberly's help. Bottom line, we were extremely satisfied and felt like by the end of the process we not only had an excellent realtor, but a friend as well.
