Kimberly was absolutely incredible to work with. My husband and I just bought our first home in a new construction development. Kimberly was a negotiation shark and made the entire process so much less intimidating. She clearly and honestly explained everything so well. Even after closing, she has continued to help my husband and I with miscellaneous tasks in our settling. I will definitely be recommending her to all of my friends in the area!
