Kim helped my wife and I navigate our first home purchase in Colorado recently. She had an abundance of knowledge about the local area that helped us stay informed and competitive. She was very communicative and helpful throughout every step of the process, and during negotiations and closing she made sure we were well prepared and informed for unknowns and obstacles. We met Kim at an open house before we were ready to officially jump into the housing market. Kim reached out to us when we were ready. The Denver metro housing market is an extremely difficult market to navigate, especially in our competitive price range. We'd been trying to purchase a house for the past three years, through other real estate companies and Agents. Kim is very knowledgeable, flexible, patient and extremely responsive. She helped my husband and I decide the type of property that would be best for our family by giving us the space and time to explore the current market. Kim made us feel like we were her only client and her patience extended to our two small children, who had to come along on house showings (they are high energy). It was a painless process, which was not our prior experience. Also, Kim has a ton of industry contacts, all of whom I would trust and use. In the end, we bought the dream house that she found for us! We love Kim and hope to stay in touch with her.
