Kimberly Koons displayed professionalism, was very informative, and showed sincere concern.
Kim was very knowledgable and when unsure consulted other experts as well. She abided by all the rules and kept all deadlines. Kim communicated all pertinent information promptly. She put in many hours above and beyond what was required to ensure the sale of our home. Above all, it was done with loving concern.
