Kim knew exactly what I was looking for, the area I wanted to be in and what was important for me to feel comfortable and safe in my new home. Even when I got frustrated and thought I would never find anything, Kim assured me that the right place would come along and to just be patient. She was right! Thanks to Kim and her expertise, I found a townhome that is perfect for me!

Kimberly was amazing and extremely professional from our initial phone call to the day we closed, and beyond! My wife and I were first time home buyers and Kimberly helped to keep us educated and informed as we visited homes, neighborhoods, and went through the offer and closing process. Her knowledge of the market and trends was on point and she definitely took the initiative to understand what exactly we wanted in our first home. Not only would we recommend Kimberly to anyone we know who is looking to buy a home, but listing their property as well. We really enjoyed the home buying experience with Kimberly's guidance and look forward to working with her again someday, when we decide to transition to another home in the Fort Lauderdale area. Thanks again Kim!
