Kim was fantastic to work with. She did a great job of setting realistic expectations and helping us determine which items to fix/update to get the most for our house. My husband and I relocated from Tennessee to Pittsburgh for work purposes and Kimberly was referred to us to help us find a home. During my initial conversation with Kim I knew she was absolutely the right realtor for us. She was not only knowledgeable about Pittsburgh but had personal knowledge of the area we were coming from in Tennessee so she really had an understanding of the area that would fit us best. She truly was a breath of fresh air. She was calm, understanding and listened patiently to our every need. She was on her game 24/7 and got us hooked up with all the right people to make things so smooth and effortless. She was so responsive and what was important to us was important to her. We had one week to look at houses and she was with us every step of the way. She planned out our week before we arrived as she spent several weeks prior looking at houses online sending multiple listings if she felt they were a good fit. With her help we were able to put in an offer the week we visited and we closed 30 days later. I can’t express how much we enjoyed working with Kim. She always talked us off the ledge if things got hairy and she never got rattled. Not only is she great at her job she is genuinely a wonderful person who has an amazing way with people. We appreciate her so much and would highly recommend her!!
