I've never hired a realtor before, and hope I never have to again. This is NOT a reflection on the work of Kim Keith, just a statement that I hope I never have to sell my house again. If I had to though. I would absolutely hire Kim Keith, and you should too. She is soo helpful and resourceful in helping to sell our house. Especially if you are moving out of state! Kim was on top of things and always knew what was going on with selling the house and contacted us right away when things came up that needed our attention (like the house Inspection). Kim was great to work with. She seemed very knowledgeable on the whole process and didn't mind answering my unending questions throughout. She was kind, but upfront and honest. She gave info on what houses would or would not work based on our loan situation and prepared us for what would or could happen each step of the way. She also gave (and is still giving after closing) advice with insurance and taxes. She helped to make the whole process easy and painless.
