This was our first home buying experience and Kim made it easier than I ever thought possible. She was always there no matter what time of day or what day of the week. If I had any questions about the process or if I needed her to contact the sellers agent she was extremely helpful. Because of her I never had any doubts of whether we would get the house or not.
