Son's Home Estate Sale

Our son passed away and we needed to sell his condo. We have known Kimberly for many years from our relationship in Toastmasters. We got the home prepared with new carpet and bathroom tile. She had it staged and it went on market. Had two showings the first day and one contract. She helped with the conditions and it closed. I am a pushy person and she handled me well. Her marketing brought the first two customers and thus it was a smooth transaction.
