Literally five years later when I put my home on the market, she was there to give me advice on what I needed to do to make the house ready for sale. She was there to help provide moral support when I got overwhelming trying to get rid of 25 years of stuff in the house. She even pitched in to help take some stuff out of the house. I can't say enough good things about Kim! I bought my first home a few months ago and she was an enormous help in navigating a daunting process. She sent me tons of listings while I was "shopping," was available at a moment’s notice to go see each property and referred me to a great mortgage broker. Unfortunately, I was hospitalized for almost 2 weeks after we finally put an offer on a house. Kim went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, with little help from me during that time. She even scheduled and attended the home inspection with my mom since I was in the hospital and could not go. Every step of the way Kim made sure I had all the information I needed. Kim is professional, honest and down to earth- things I was not necessarily expecting from a realtor (sorry realtors !). Her knowledge of the local market as well as the “ins & outs” of buying a home are second to none. I would use Kim again and refer her every chance I get!
