I had a wonderful experience working with Kimberly Jones. This is the second time I have worked with her. This time Kimberly helped me with the property I was buying and also was my agent for the home I was selling. Kimberly stayed on top of every detail and kept me informed along the way. She thinks about even the smallest detail and takes care of it. Even when I was getting frustrated with the process, Kimberly stayed calm and helped me realize everything was moving along the way it should. I love my new home, and I am glad I had the opportunity to work with Kimberly again.

Kimberly sold me my first home back in 2006 and in 2022 there's no one else I would have come to to help me sell it. She made the entire process as clear and easy as possible - communicating every step, every contract, every form, etc. Without a doubt I would recommend her to any buyer or seller.

Kim was knowledgeable, quick to respond to viewing requests, questions, and very attentive to my needs and wants in a property. She advised in a very tactful manner and guided me through the buying and selling process smoothly and patiently. I would recommend Kim to others without reservation.

Kimberley has been an amazing agent, working with us to achieve great results. She has guided us through all phases of the process, and offered valuable insights and advise to help us make the best decisions for us. She has answered our questions and addressed our concerns, resolving a variety of issues along the way. She continually followed up on the many steps of the process to ensure a successful conclusion. Our best decision was choosing Kimberly as our realitor!

I really enjoyed my experience working with Kimberly Jones. She kept in touch over the years when I was undecided as to when I was going to put my house on the market. Literally five years later when I put my home on the market, she was there to give me advice on what I needed to do to make the house ready for sale. She was there to help provide moral support when I got overwhelming trying to get rid of 25 years of stuff in the house. She even pitched in to help take some stuff out of the house. Without her support I don't know if I would have been able to prepare the house in time. Without her, I would not have been able to get the house on the market. Thanks to her advice, I was able to some improvements on the house and increased the asking price. I would definitely work with Kimberly again.

This is my second transaction with Kimberly and she is amazing!! Kimberly has great communication and is so easy to work with. Kimberly helped me with a purchase and the sale of my home and in both transactions her professionalism and dedication is top notch! I highly recommend Kimberly for your real estate needs!

Kim was referred to me by my sister. I found Kim to be consistently responsive to every communication. She navigated the process through every concern I had which kept us on course. My deepest fear was to be taken advantage of knowing my vulnerable situation and the condition of my home, but that didn't happen at all. She brought to the table her professional experience and sincerity which produced the best possible outcome for me, and for this I'm thankful.

We worked with Kimberly on purchasing our first home during a very challenging housing market and, like most buyers, had multiple offers (well above asking price) rejected. At times we became discouraged, but Kimberly always lifted our spirits and stayed confident. She never made us feel guilty about looking at houses every weekend for months, and her great sense of humor always made the countless showings a great time. Thanks to Kimberly we stayed patient and ended up with the perfect house for us. My fiance and I say daily how lucky we were to land the house we got at the price we did in this unprecedented market, but in reality that "luck" was the result of working with an incredible professional like Kimberly. We cannot recommend her enough!

Kimberly was amazing. From our first initial phone conversation she was awesome. Very informative and knowledgeable. Kimberly wanted the best for my family and I. She took time to show us anything and everything we wanted. I will definitely recommend Kimberly to anyone looking to purchase their dream home.

Kimberly listened intently to our "wish list" before house hunting and then took this information to find the right houses to visit. She was patient working with my family as we looked through approximately 30 houses before finding the PERFECT house. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the market, and a pleasure to work with. I have used Kimberly to by my last two houses, and will again in the future if we ever choose to move again.

I can't say enough good things about Kim! I bought my first home a few months ago and she was an enormous help in navigating a daunting process. She sent me tons of listings while I was "shopping," was available at a moment’s notice to go see each property and referred me to a great mortgage broker. Unfortunately, I was hospitalized for almost 2 weeks after we finally put an offer on a house. Kim went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, with little help from me during that time. She even scheduled and attended the home inspection with my mom since I was in the hospital and could not go. Every step of the way Kim made sure I had all the information I needed. Kim is professional, honest and down to earth- things I was not necessarily expecting from a realtor (sorry realtors !). Her knowledge of the local market as well as the “ins & outs” of buying a home are second to none. I would use Kim again and refer her every chance I get! Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions most people will make and Kim was an invaluable partner to me. I love this lady!! Call her, you will not be disappointed :)
