Kim was amazing on helping us sell my mom's property. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs a great realtor. She was great at communicating throughout the whole process. Definitely someone you can trust. Hope to be using her services again soon! Thank you!
So professional and experienced and just a great help in a big task. Many thanks!
Selling a house in Seal Beach when you live in Bakersfield sounds hard, but Kim made it easy. She coordinated the renovations, handled the staging, plus the Leasure World inspections and I didn't need to travel to Seal Beach at all. Thanks, Kim, for all your hard work it is very much appreciated! I would recommend you to everyone.
Kimberly helped me find a great unit! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend Kimberly Jbeili all the way! Thank you for helping me find my happy place!!
Kim is great! Her knowledge of the Leisure World community and the personalities of the various Mutuals gave me the info I needed to make the right decision for me. She took my Niece and Me to view the several units I had identified as being of interest and then added a couple more that she felt would fit with my needs. Ultimately, I fell in love with my perfect new home and Kim’s guidance thru the complex process made it simple and tomorrow I complete my move. I highly recommend Kim Jbeili to be your Agent for the unique Leisure World Seal Beach market.
Always called me back right away. Very friendly & helpful & caring!!
It is quite the lengthy process to list a property in Leisure World. Kim was very knowledgeable and helpful with this process. She also secured me an offer right away! It was a pleasure working with her.
Kimberly Jbeili sold our sister's house in Leisure World quickly and for a good price. Her experience showed throughout the entire process from fixing up the place, pricing it and finding a seller. What we appreciated the most was how responsive she was to all of our questions. She always provided updates in a timely manner and responded to us right away even though we knew she was busy with other properties. We highly recommend her.
Ms Jbeili is a professional who knows her Leisure World market, and has the contacts needed to best prepare a property for sale. Most importantly she is familiar with the Leisure World rather unique requirements for selling a property enabling her to complete the process in an efficient and timely manner.
My cross country move was less stressful because of Kim. She handled my sometimes crazy schedule professionally and listened to my ‘wants’ She offered a wide variety of properties so I could consider all opportunities.
I first met Kim in 2023. I told her about my situation and what I was looking for. She showed me two units which encouraged me about the prospect of living at Leisure World. Of course, I couldn't make a decision at that time, so she suggested that she could send me regular notifications about units that came up for sale that I might be interested in. She persevered for nearly two years; there were a lot of life complications that prevented me from moving forward in a shorter time frame. Kim was always very understanding of my situation, and very patient, which I appreciated. Finally, I was able to sell my house, and Kim was so very cooperative in helping me to find the "right" place in Leisure World. Kim was always the consummate professional with me, as well as being very friendly and personable. She made the process as easy as it could be. I was fortunate to have Kim as my agent, and she has my highest recommendation.
Kim went above and beyond to help be during the process to buy my new unit.
