Kim helped me sell my house after the difficult time following the unexpected death of my dear husband. She was very knowledgeable of market values in our small town. She was professional as we had to navigate through a difficult offer, communicating almost daily. We decided to re-list and received a better offer immediately! Plus, this was all accomplished as l was now living out of state. Kim went beyond what was expected from a realtor as she made plans to care for the property during this period. When my house sold she managed an estate sale and final cleaning. I will be forever thankful to God for Kim's (and Jason and Caleb's) loving, kind help in a very sad time of my life.
