Review of Kim Hungerpiller as an agent

This is the second time we have used Kim as our Realtor. She represented us as the buyer on one occasion and then as the seller. In both situations she was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our questions and needs. She lead us through the process and kept us up to date as each step of the process took place. She gave us answers but let us make final decisions in regards to our property. She has great communication skills and an engaging personality. I can recommend her wholeheartedly with no reservations.
