A lot of things were complicated about my home sale. First, it was really hard with 3 kids to find the time to declutter. Second, I lost my job then found a new one that required me to attend 10 weeks of out of state training. Even so, Kim found small but impactful home improvements that she helped my wife do while I was away. She even found a staging set up that was manageable even with 3 kids. Her advice and guidance always paid off and it helped me and my wife feel comfortable about our home sale.
