Kimberley answered the phone every single time, despite the time difference,was always bright and cheerful, and help me with many issues to do with renovating the house that were well above and beyond the normal expectation of a realtor. Having been involved in real estate all my life and at one time a license broker, it takes a lot to impress me with the average realtor. A good number of realtors are in it part time and do not treat it seriously and that’s where Kimberly was truly outstanding. She offered a lot of service and marketing at a very reasonable cost and had some great ideas and suggestions when we were negotiating. I was very impressed at her responsiveness. Kimberly always kept me informed and would reply quickly to any of my questions. It was such a pleasure to deal with her, and I will refer her and use her again in the future.
