We inherited a home in New Mexico as an estate that had been listed for months (& years prior) with other local agents. It was a difficult listing with a lot of objections and just wasn't selling. I called Kim out of the clear blue and I am so glad I did. She agreed to take the listing, knowing even more about the home and its history than we did. Kim was pleasant, professional, accessible, reliable, loyal, knowledgeable and worked as hard on our listing as any, even though the sales price was extremely humble. We know the home only sold because of Kim and her expertise in the market & being able to guide us through a very different market than we are accustomed to.
