Kim seemed to have a magic touch from the start!! She continued to amaze me throughout the entire process. She made sure every detail was addressed and followed up when necessary until we were both satisfied. While she had numerous other clients, she always responded to each and every question or detail as if I was the only one. Kim made the entire process flow so smoothly. She probably should have been a magician. What a difference a knowledgeable, hard working agent can make. Kim was the third agent I had in this particular 'adventure'.
