Kim was a home run from Day One. She obviously knew the geography and brought us to three properties to give us an idea of the market. We honestly went to Ocean City that first visit thinking we would get our 'feet wet', certainly not planning on making a purchase. But Kim had a great feel for what we wanted. By the time we got to the third property, it was clear she would be able to find something ideal for us. That third stop was the one. We fell in love with the condo and spent our ride home discussing whether or not to put in a bid. Kim alerted us to incentives and credits from the owners which made this a no-brainer. By the time we got home to NJ we had decided to go for it. Kim helped every step through the negotiations which were fair and quickly resolved. Concurrently, she connected us with an excellent mortgage firm and property manager, both of whom we hired and both of whom had kind words to say about Kim. The closing happened within a month of our bid and Kim made sure every step was completed in a timely manner, including working with the other vendors involved. It all went so smoothly, an essentially stress-free operation until she handed over the keys. We could not be more thrilled with our choice of the property, our realtor, vendors as well as the outcome of working with all of them.
