Kimberly was hired to sell my home as well as find a new home for me to purchase. Kimberly was spot on from the beginning. She knew exactly where to price my house to sell, to taking the time to get to know me on order to find me a new home. Kim never got frustrated when I myself strayed from her direction, as she said I needed to feel things out for myself. But in the end she was right. I trusted her and based my decision per her advice. She had my full trust. The house I ended up purchasing (after looking at many) was the very first house she showed me. To me Kimberly is a "Pro" at was she does. I was actually upset the day I closed on my new house because I knew our relationship was coming to a close. She is a wonderful person to work with and I more than "Highly" recommend her.
