Kimberly Dawn - KW Realtor is wonderful to work with! She helped me recently sell a house . It was an extremely distressing situation as I was actually selling to a lifelong friend who defaulted on our contract for deed (basically rent to own) and I was left with a property that I couldn’t afford to “fix up” again”. Kimberly Dawn took the reins and all I had to do was sign a contract with her and 6 weeks later show up to the signing. She did EVERYTHING!!! Even when there was a hiccup along the way that threatened to prolong the process, she knew who to call and exactly how to handle the situation. It was such a refreshing experience to have someone who was in my corner the whole time.
