Kimberly Hamilton

Without Kimberly I wouldn’t have been able to get the offer I did, as quickly as I did. About 7K homes in Las Vegas didn’t receive an offer in November, but not mine, same day cash offer! Thanks Kimberly

Kim is an amazing realtor! She made me feel comfortable with my decisions and kept me updated through the entire process. I would ask her for her opinion before I made decisions and was very impressed by her experience and knowledge. She is without a doubt one of the rising stars in this city. If I ever have to buy, sell, or rent another property, I won't hesitate to call on Kim and trust her to take care of me and my family

Kimberly Hamilton is an outstanding Realtor! As a first time home buyer and son of a mother with disabilities, had a lot of limitations as well as expectations when it came to searching for a home. Although very time consuming, Kimberly went the extra mile showing me many houses to accommodate the needs for my family. She took the time to sit down with me and explain the possibilities and qualifications of down payment assistance and first time home buyer programs. No matter what you are looking for in a new home, she will find it and you will not be dissapointed. I am proud to call Kimberly my Realtor and highly recommend her services to anybody I know looking for a new home!
