Kim was such a patient and attentive agent during my home buying experience. As a first-time buyer, Kim heard and empathized with my conerns, pointing out things that I wouldn't have considered (or even known). When I apologized for possibly coming across as a nervous nelly, she assured me that my feelings and considerations were very normal.
