I was introduced to Kimberly by my sister directly after the passing of my late husband, when I made the decision to relocate (from Clarksville, TN), to Florida to be near family. Kimberly heard me and checked every box on my want list; a good school district, a safe community, a straight 20 minute drive to my parents (in Jacksonville), and into my forever home were I feel peace and serenity (Serenity is also my granddaughter’s name whom I’m raising), on Meditation Ct!!!! Kimberly is very knowledgeable with the home buying process, her communication was clear, precise, empathetic rather verbal, via text, email, Zoom or FaceTime. Kimberly advocated for me throughout the process, making provisions in my absence and well as hers. Kimberly’s Negotiation skills 10 out of 10 she held other professionals accountable for their errors which was a win for me. Kimberly was very professional attending every meeting, taking every phone call, answering emails, asking tough questions, providing pros & cons, giving good advice and feedback. On a personal level Kimberly was my shoulder to cry on, she lent me her ears for me to vent, she prayed with me and for my family and I during the worst time in my life! Kimberly is a genuine, kind, loving and a caring human… I gained a friend, a sister and a confidant. I’m so very grateful of her support, the peacefulness she bought, her tenacity, her encouragement and enthusiasm in these last 9 months.
