Kim is friendly, resourceful and helpful. We were able to complete our transaction via email due to COVID situation. Coming from a different town, I was at a lost on who to contact for utilities, TV, internet etc, she was able to provided me with information needed. She was also able to guide me who to call for lawn service etc. Sometimes it is the little details that matters, I feel like I have a friend instead of a realtor. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
