If you happen to be looking for an excellent and credible realtor, Kim Grantham is your lady. From the very beginning we were at ease and valued here thoughts and advise. Kim listens well and understood our goal and direction we needed to attain for our future. Her strategy was straight forward and honest. Through countless calls and late night discussions, even on weekends, she was there. The attention to details and knowledge of the market was amazing which we feel contributed to a quick sale.
