I called her because I saw she had sold homes in my area/price range. She came over right away, we had a good review of the value of the home, agreed on a price to sell the home at, and she handled the sale wonderfully. Our house was on the market for a about 4 days and we received multiple offers. She handled the closing well, even with a few blips that could not be seen beforehand. Overall great experience.
