Kim was amazing. She worked hard to get us everything we needed for this home. Not to just close the deal but to ensure we were happy with the purchase. We had problems arise during this transaction that honestly cause stress and worry but Kim would be there to say, "don't worry. Let me take this on." She was tenacious and calculated. She remembered deadlines and details holding both parties to account. I couldn't imagine doing this with another agent. Kim really made this happen for us.
