I had had my house on the marker for over three months in the summer--maybe five showings in all that time. When I asked Kim to do what I thought was impossible, she sold it in about two weeks at asking price. Our first meeting with Kimberly was meet, greet and to ask basic questions about real estate market because we are possibly selling our property. At this meeting we informed her that we will not give the address of the property nor our last names until we have chosen a realtor to represent us. She was very gracious and said that is not a problem. Through the course of the conversation we found her to be knowledgeable, friendly and patient in answering our questions. A few days later we informed her our decision to represent us. Our experience with Kimberly from the start of the sale process to the end was smooth. She went out of her way to assist us in finding professional and competent people and company for termite inspection, general home inspection and needed repairs and upgrades. She represented our property very well in a competitive market both professionally and competently. Kim is very approachable and easy to get hold of. The key was open and honest communication between us. We could honest say that it was a "stress-free" process.

She was very patient and understanding with us as we sent through the process of finding our forever home. My daughter and I were involved in a car accident over 4 years ago, and we both have ongoing issues from it. We had to keep in mind realistically what would work for us on a daily basis.
